Test Taking Recommendations For Students:

• Save answers every 15 minutes.
• To prevent duplicate quiz attempts click the link to start the test only once (do not double-click). Note that errors regarding non-existing attempts at final submission time are frequently caused by duplicate quiz attempts.
• Once the quiz begins do not click the back button, refresh or close the browser.
• Make sure you are on a reliable internet connection.
• Do not resize the test window.
• Turn off virus scans, Instant Messengers or any other programs that may cause your computer to restart or popup windows or browser windows to open.

We have had a few reports of issues with printing from within Blackboard. If you are unable to print all of your syllabus or course materials, try this:

First, click on the arrow beside your course menu to HIDE MENU.

If you are using Internet Explorer: right-click the mouse on the syllabus (or course material), select Print, this will print that frame's content only. Make sure you right-click over text on the page and not an image.

If you are using Firefox: right-click the mouse on the text, select This Frame -> Print Frame.
